 Return Policy
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if your product is received damaged, please contact us for a return approval. This can be accomplished via email to
customer_service@jamboafricashop.com.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Returning the shipment and the charges for shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a credit will be issued for the retail price of the purchase, with or without shipping charges, depending upon the nature of the authorization.

Air Parcel Post - Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Please ask directly to the shop
about the delivery status of your merchandise in the case you will not
receive them after 4 weeks from your order entry.

商品の発送について
商品はアフリカ ガーナより直接、航空郵便にて発送されます。
商品の到着までに３週間から４週間かかる見込みです。
まれに輸送上あるいは通関時のトラブルなどにより、所定の納期内に到着しないことがあります。発注日より４週間以上経過しても商品が届かない場合は、「ジャンボ・アフリカ」ショップへ直接出荷の確認メールをお出しください。ショップにて状況調査の上回答されます。

Ways To Pay
You can pay for your purchase with any of the following credit
cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or
JCB.
When credit cards are processed they will read as Worldwide specialties on the customer's credit card statement, since this is the Company name.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Please refer below chart for the calculation.
If total weight will more than 30.0kg, your shipping charge will be
informed to you separately by the shop.
For international order except Japan,
shipping cost may be different from below in rare case. In such
case, you will be informed by the shop before shipping. |
